Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats and dogs are welcome (no other pets). Maximum 2 pets per home. One‑time non‑refundable pet fee: $300 per pet. Refundable pet deposit: $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. Breed restrictions apply for dogs (e.g., Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Great Dane, etc.).
